The region is also known for our arts and culture offerings including a variety of year round community events and activities. The region boats the ACT, arts centre and theatre, well-know for a variety of live performances, exhibitions, classes and workshops to inspire your creative side.

Pitt Meadows is home to a number of annual sporting events and tournaments including the Ridge Meadows Minor Hockey Association’s international tournament with past entries from Russia, Czech Republic, Japan, Sweden, USA, Slovakia and Russia. It continues to draw teams from Alberta and Eastern Canada as well. Barry’s Roubaix is a popular road race in Pitt Meadows. The Pitt Meadows and Maple Ridge area is a great cycling destination.
